KANSAS CITY, KA — Playing a man down after the 42nd minute, Real Salt Lake defeated the Kansas City Wizards 1-0 in a hotly contested match at CommunityAmerica Ballpark. Pablo Campos put the RSL ahead in the 18th minute before Ned Grabavoy earned a red card ejection late in the first half to give hope to the home side. But a 10-man RSL stalled a ferocious Kansas City attack just long enough for the win.

SANDY, UT — Needing a full three points in the worst way, Real Salt Lake proved equal to the task against Chivas USA. RSL dominated from start to finish on Wednesday night en route to a 4-0 victory at Rio Tinto Stadium. Three different forwards — Pablo Campos, Fabian Espindola and Robbie Findley (twice) — each scored to lead the Claret-and-Cobalt.
