Soccer Coach Gets Five Months For Sexual Exploitation

CHARLOTTETOWN — A former Charlottetown soccer coach was sentenced Friday to five months in jail on two counts of sexually exploiting one of her players and her name has been added to the national sexual offenders registry.

Jillian Maureen Anderson, 23, was found guilty last October of having an improper relationship with a 15-year-old girl between October, 2006, and February, 2007.

Anderson has also been placed on probation for five months.
