Attendance was about 50 on this hot and humid day with a blinding bright sun in the south. Every injury brought a stampede of players to the sideline for a water break.

Lynx record falls to 1 and 7 with one goal for and twenty against. Milltown moves to second in the standings. Astros are still above a .500 record and are having their best start in many years.

Lynx extend their record of losing to all six games this season. This was their fourth game losing 2-0 to go with two games of losing 3-0. They have not scored a goal all season.

The Lynx were kicking off their 14th season, their 4th as a PDL team. Attendance was about 1000 people for this midday game made up mostly of school children bused in to watch.

The Ottawa Fury have appointed Carl Valentine as the head coach of the Ottawa Fury PDL team for the 2010 season.

Defender Clare Rustad was named Most Valuable Player of the Lady Lynx while Jordan Webb earned Most Valuable Player honours for the Lynx along with the Rookie of the Year award.

This was the Lynxr worst loss of the season topping the 4-1 loss they suffered in their last game against Cleveland Internationals

There were still plenty of children here for Youth Day from private and charity group camps filling the stand. The Lynx players stayed for quite awhile after the game signing autographs.

Attendance was about 200 people on this hot afternoon with a bright sun in the west. The grass was long and was wet after a morning rain.

The day had rain for hours before the game and hours after the game but while the game was on there was nary a drop.
