Because, whatever the CSA would like us to believe, that is where the power lies. How will Hart get provincial bodies, which are more intent on their own fiefdoms than the national teams, to embrace a national approach?
”In the past I’ve had a very good relationship with everyone,” he says. ”Now, in this position, things might change.”
That is why Hart intends to listen first, then try to put something in place using his understanding of each province’s unique problems.
